At Sajilo Stay, operated by Sajilo Stay Pvt. Ltd., we understand that plans may change. To ensure fairness for both our guests and our accommodation partners, the following cancellation policy applies. It forms part of your agreement with us together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Overview
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on how far before the scheduled check-in date your request is made. All deadlines are measured in Nepal Time (NPT — Asia/Kathmandu, UTC+5:45) against the scheduled check-in date.
- Cancel more than 7 days before check-in for a full refund.
- Reschedule from 7 days up to 72 hours before check-in, subject to availability and any price difference.
- Cancellations within 72 hours of check-in are non-refundable.
- By confirming a reservation through Sajilo Stay, guests acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
Full Refund Period
More than 7 days before check-in. Guests are eligible for a 100% refund if the cancellation request is made more than 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.
Rescheduling Period
From 7 days to 72 hours before check-in. Guests may cancel their reservation from 7 days up to 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled check-in date, subject to the property’s individual cancellation terms, if applicable.
Rescheduling is subject to property availability and any applicable price difference due to date change, weekend rates, seasonal rates, updated property pricing, or removal of previously applied discounts.
Late Cancellation
If a reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled check-in, the advance payment is non-refundable.
No-Show
Guests who fail to arrive on the check-in date without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the advance payment will be forfeited.
Date Changes
Requests to modify booking dates are subject to property availability and approval and may incur additional charges.
Refund Processing
Where applicable, approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
